Reset password

To reset your password you need to follow these steps:

  • Access the profile
  • Select the option to reset the password.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to enter and confirm the new password.
  • Make sure the new password meets the Exchange server's security requirements, such as minimum length, special characters, etc.
  • After resetting the password, inform the user of the new credentials so that they can access their email account.
